Payments and Donations Policy<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n
1. Accepted Payment Methods<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

Our organization accepts the following payment methods for donations, fees, and contributions:<\/p>\n\n

  • Credit or debit card<\/strong> (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) via a secure Virtual POS.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Recurring donations<\/strong> (monthly, quarterly, annually), automatically managed by the payment gateway.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    The availability of payment methods may vary depending on the type of contribution or active campaign.<\/p>\n\n

    2. Recurring Payments (Membership Fees and Periodic Donations)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n
      \n
    • The donor or member may authorize periodic charges to their card at the selected frequency.<\/li>\n
    • The authorization will remain active until the donor communicates its cancellation, which can be requested at any time. Cancelling<\/strong> the fee or periodic contribution will stop future charges.<\/li>\n
    • Amounts already charged will not be refunded except in case of a transaction error.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
      3. Transaction Security (PSD2 and SCA)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n
        \n
      • All transactions are processed through a gateway certified according to PCI-DSS<\/strong> standards and comply with PSD2<\/strong> regulations, applying Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)<\/strong> when required by the issuing bank.<\/li>\n
      • During the contribution, the donor may be redirected to their bank to validate the transaction via SMS, banking app, or biometrics.<\/li>\n
      • Our NGO does not store full card information<\/strong>; this information is transmitted encrypted directly to the payment entity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
        4. Donation Receipt<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

        After making a payment or donation, the donor will receive a confirmation email<\/strong> with the details of the contribution.<\/p>\n\n

        At this time, donations are not tax-deductible.<\/p>\n\n

        The NGO may issue a donation certificate<\/strong> provided the donor supplies the necessary information (full name, tax ID, fiscal address).<\/p>\n\n

        5. Personal Data Processing (GDPR and LOPDGDD)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

        The data provided during the donation or payment process will be used exclusively for:<\/p>\n\n

          \n
        • Managing the contribution or membership fee.<\/li>\n
        • Issuing receipts and tax certificates.<\/li>\n
        • Complying with legal and accounting obligations.<\/li>\n
        • Maintaining necessary communication with the donor or member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          Data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR<\/strong> and the LOPDGDD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          Banking information is not stored by the NGO.<\/p>\n

          The donor may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, and objection by submitting a request to: info@jannu-ferides.org.<\/p>\n\n

          6. Currency and Taxes<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

          • All contributions and fees are processed in euros (\u20ac)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          • Donations to NGOs are exempt from VAT<\/strong>, in accordance with current regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
            7. Refunds and Payment Errors<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

            Voluntary contributions are non-refundable, except in cases of:<\/p>\n\n

            • Technical error in the transaction<\/li>\n
            • Duplicate charge<\/li>\n
            • Unauthorized charge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

              To request a review of a payment, the donor should contact us at: info@jannu-ferides.org.<\/p>\n\n

              8. Fraud Prevention and Misuse<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

              • Our NGO reserves the right to cancel or block payments if suspicious operations, incomplete data, or signs of fraud are detected.<\/li>\n
              • We may request additional information to verify the donor\u2019s identity when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
